El sábado 6 de marzo, Laura Esther Galván Rodríguez impuso nuevo récord mexicano en la prueba de 1,500m con una marca de 4:08.14 en el evento Sound Running Invite, San Juan Capistrano, CA.
El récord anterior 4:10.53 lo estableció en los Juegos Panamericanos de 2019.
En este mismo evento y en la prueba de 800m, Luisa Mariela Real Crespo realizó un tiempo de 2:04.63 ocupando el 4o lugar.
